1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TourOp, a web-based platform owned and operated by JEPD Prime Works. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using TourOp in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Nature of Platform

TourOp is an online aggregator platform that facilitates connections between:

  • Drivers
  • Travel agents
  • Tour operators
  • Customers seeking transport or tour-related services

TourOp does not provide transportation or tour services directly and does not act as a service provider, employer, or agent of any listed driver or operator.

3 Eligibility

To use TourOp, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

TourOp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4 User Accounts

4.1 Registration

Certain features require account registration. Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activities conducted through their account

4.2 Account Termination

TourOp may suspend or terminate access without notice if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal or abusive activity is detected
  • Required documents or compliance details are not maintained

5 Role & Responsibility of Users

5.1 Drivers & Agents

  • Must hold valid licenses, permits, and approvals
  • Are solely responsible for service quality, pricing, safety, and compliance
  • Must resolve disputes directly with customers

5.2 Customers

  • Agree to verify service details independently
  • Understand that TourOp does not guarantee service availability or quality

6 Payments & Pricing

  • TourOp may facilitate payment processing through third-party gateways
  • Prices are determined solely by drivers or operators
  • TourOp is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or service dissatisfaction

7 Cancellation & Refunds

TourOp does not control or guarantee refunds. Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling are governed by the individual service provider’s policy.

8 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Post false, misleading, or abusive content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Circumvent platform fees or communication systems

9 Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, design elements, and software on TourOp are the intellectual property of JEPD Prime Works, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10 Disclaimer

TourOp is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy of listings, reliability of services, or user conduct. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TourOp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. TourOp is not responsible for accidents, delays, losses, disputes, or service failures.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JEPD Prime Works, TourOp, and its affiliates from any claims arising out of use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or third-party disputes.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14 Modifications

TourOp may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

TourOp acts only as a platform aggregator. All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are subject to the policies of the respective driver, agent, or tour operator.

TourOp:

  • Does not guarantee refunds
  • Does not intervene in commercial disputes
  • Is not liable for service cancellations

Users are advised to confirm policies before booking.

Disclaimer

TourOp does not own, operate, or control any transportation or tour services listed on the platform. All services are provided independently by third-party providers.

TourOp shall not be responsible for:

  • Accidents or injuries
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Misrepresentation by service providers
